Not All It Was cRacked Up To Be for Mississippi State (Recap)

by Kel Kyle, SECWB.com

With less than a minute and a half left in the game, the Mississippi State Lady Bulldogs were within 2 points of taking it from Ole Miss, but as the title says, it wasn't all it was cRacked up to be.

Alexis Rack, the second best three-point shooter in the SEC was held to 3-13 today, with 2 of those being made in the final minutes of the game. Her third attempt came with seconds to play and would have tied the game, but the shot bounced off the rim into the Rebels hands.

Ole Miss went on to victory by a score of 54-49.

Check back later tonight for more meat on this game from our feature writer, LeAnne Harrington.

Up next for Ole Miss - LSU.

Up next in round one, South Carolina vs. Florida.
