Gail Goestenkors, Texas: One of the nation's most high-profile women's coaches left Duke to make $1 million per year at Texas.

Kim Mulkey, Baylor: Mulkey signed a 10-year contract worth more than $10 million to become the highest paid women's coach in the Big 12.
